Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ku-Tea Coffee & Tea Town website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Ku-Tea or any employee or representative

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services

  • Use any automated system to access our services without permission

Online Ordering

Online orders are processed through our third-party partner, Chowbus. By placing an order, you agree to Chowbus's terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept various payment methods through our payment processor. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to the following terms:

  • Gift cards never expire and have no fees

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

  • Fredericksburg/Stafford gift cards are not valid at Woodbridge, and vice versa

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is operated through Chowbus. Membership is free and subject to the program's terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ku-Tea Coffee & Tea Town and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ku-Tea Coffee & Tea Town shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Allergen Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. Please inform our staff of any allergies when ordering. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

Catering Services

Catering orders require advance notice and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
